Today’s episode is with Ryland Engelhart who co-founded Kiss the Ground nonprofit and is a producer of the Kiss the Ground film released on Netflix and Executive producer of the award-winning sequel Film, Common Ground. He has been working for almost 20 years in health, wellness and hospitality as the co-owner and prior Mission Fulfillment Officer of the nationally recognized plant-based restaurants Cafe Gratitude and Gracias Madre, located in Southern California.
He is a creative catalyst focused on cultural and ecological transformation. He speaks and advocates for regenerative agriculture, sacred commerce, tools for building community, food is medicine, and the practice of being love. Ryland is also a dedicated husband and father of two sons and lives on an 200 acre regenerative ranch in hill country Texas called Sovereignty Ranch, where he is learning to practice what he preaches.
