Taqat Hob Subscribers Terms of Use Effective Date: May 14, 2026 Hakawati offers a subscription-based service giving members access to premium podcast audio and exclusive newsletter content, available to stream and receive online across computers and mobile devices through our website, apps, and select third-party platforms. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the service. In these Terms, "Taqat Hob," "our service," and "the service" all refer to the subscription service operated by Hakawati. 1. Membership 1.1 Ongoing Subscription Your subscription will continue until terminated. To use our service you must have Internet access and a compatible device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, including payment through a third-party account. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below). 1.2 Account Dashboard You can find specific details regarding your subscription by visiting our website and clicking the "Dashboard" link available under your profile. There, you can review your plan, billing date, and content access. 2. Billing and Cancellation 2.1 Billing Cycle The membership fee for the service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date shown on your "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle depends on the subscription plan you choose at sign-up, either monthly or annual. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a date not contained in a given month. Visit the "Account" page to see your next payment date. 2.2 Payment Methods To use the service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary Payment Method is declined or is no longer available. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. Some Payment Method issuers may charge additional fees such as foreign transaction fees; check with your provider for details. 2.3 Updating Your Payment Method You can update your Payment Methods at any time by going to the "Account" page. We may also update your Payment Method information using details provided by your payment service provider. Following any update, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable Payment Method(s). 2.4 Cancellation You can cancel your Taqat Hob membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will close. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unconsumed content. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions. To see when your account will close, click "Billing details" on the "Account" page. 2.5 Price and Plan Changes We may change our subscription plans and pricing from time to time. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will apply to subsequent billing cycles following notice of the change to you. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. 3. The Taqat Hob Service 3.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of Taqat Hob. Individuals under 18 may only use the service under the supervision of an adult member. 3.2 Personal Use License The Taqat Hob service and all content accessed through it, including premium podcast audio and subscriber newsletter editions, are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service and consume its content. Except as expressly stated, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances. 3.3 Prohibited Use You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or otherwise use content obtained from or through the Taqat Hob service except as explicitly authorized in these Terms. You also agree not to: Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or thwart any content protection measures in the service Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the service Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or processes accessible through the service Insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the service in any way Use any data mining, data gathering, or extraction method Upload or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment associated with the service, including software viruses We may terminate or restrict your use of the service if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent use of the service. 3.4 Audio Quality The audio quality of Taqat Hob content may vary by device and may be affected by factors such as your location and the bandwidth or speed of your Internet connection. 4. Passwords and Account Access The member who created the Taqat Hob account and whose Payment Method is charged (the "Account Owner") has full access to and control over the account and is responsible for any activity that occurs through it. To maintain control and prevent unauthorized access, keep your password confidential and do not share your payment details with anyone. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account to protect you, Taqat Hob, Hakawati, or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity. 5. Miscellaneous 5.1 Governing Law These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and any applicable consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your state or country of residence. 5.2 Customer Support For information about the service, account help, or technical assistance, please visit the "Help" link at the bottom of every page on our website. You can also reach us by email at support@hakawati.fm. 5.3 Severability If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 5.4 Changes to These Terms Hakawati may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you, via email or a prominent notice on our website. 5.5 Electronic Communications We will send all account-related communications, including payment authorizations, invoices, password changes, confirmation messages, and notices, in electronic form only, to the email address you provided at registration. Please keep your email address current in your account settings. By subscribing to Taqat Hob, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Subscribers Terms of Use.
