نستعمل صوتنا للتواصل مع الآخرين في محيطنا يوميّاً ولكن هل فكّرتم يوماً كيف تصدرون هذا الصّوت؟ على الأغلب انكم لم تفكروا في هذا الأمر لكن من المؤكّد أنكم ردّدتم هذه العبارة عندما سمعتم صوتكم بعد تسجيله: "أنا أكره صوتي، لا أريد أن أسمعه". فما التّفسير العلميّ لهذه الحالة وكيف نتخطاها؟
