On today’s episode, I speak with Betsy Burroughs, the president of FocusCatalyst in San Francisco, California. Atlantic Magazine called her “A Silicon Valley branding executive turned neuroscience researcher."

Betsy consults with organizations on business innovation--and with individuals on how to easily stop bad habits. Even though her first book is for businesses, surprisingly she used every technique in it to make it easy, effortless, and fun for her to change one bad habit after another--all the way up to and including easily losing 90 pounds.
