In this episode I talk to psychologist Joe Griffin about why we dream and what our dreams mean.

Joe Griffin is a psychologist, author and Co-Founder of the Human Givens approach with many years of experience both in psychotherapeutic practice and in training psychotherapists. He has written a number of books including: Why We Dream: The definitive answer, and other books on treating anxiety and depression.
