Episode 35: Tori Turoff | Fitness Pet Peeves Show Notes: On this episode of the Alix Turoff Nutrition podcast, Alix sits down with her sister Tori. Tori began her journey in health and wellness in 2013. She was sedentary and unhappy when she went to her first SoulCycle class in 2013. She quickly fell in love with it. After a few months of consistent riding, she lost 20 pounds which then motivated her to make dietary changes. Fast forward to 2020 and Tori has lost a total of 47 pounds. Her passion for fitness led her to becoming a full time instructor at SoulCycle.   Connect with Tori on instagram Resources: Apply for Alix’s 12 week group coaching program Apply for Alix’s 1:1 coaching program Follow Alix on Instagram  Join Alix’s private Facebook group Download your FREE Happy Hour Survival Guide Buy Alix’s book on Amazon Shop my favorite products on Amazon Contact Alix via email   Be sure you’re subscribed to this podcast to automatically receive your episodes!!!  If you enjoyed today’s episode, I’d love it if you would take a minute to leave a rating and review!
