  • Consciously decide what to skip. Brainstorm 1-2 foods you’re not going to enjoy
  • Eat slowly while sitting down and what the research shows about slowing down your eating.
  • Say thanks but no thanks to guilt. And remember, you can always get back on the wagon the next day.
