Welcome to today’s show! For many Americans, myself included, I feel a sense of worry that this may be a horrific election. No matter who you are voting for this year, Americans feel they have the weight of the future resting firmly on their shoulders. Let’s dive deeper into election anxiety and how we can build our resilience during this season. WHAT WE’LL LEARN Election Anxiety, What is it? Limit your news feed-in turbulent times, conversations can turn ugly when talking about political events Set boundaries-be proactive with your time & energy and listen to what your body needs Get out in nature.  Try a mindful walk to lessen your anxiety. How can you impact the future. Voting is not enough. Get involved and you will start to feel better about the world. Take a mental health day after the election.
